The hotel didn't quite give me the plush feeling I expected from a Hyatt. The room had an old, saggy mattress and lacked isolation from noise, making it hard to relax. On the bright side, the location invites easy access to the city center and beautiful attractions like Paseo Montejo.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The modern and comfortable rooms with a view of the pool were nice, but the tired and in need of renovation aspect was a downside. The location was excellent for business trips with everything in walking distance, but being in front of the A/C outside machine was a disappointment.
